To be wild is to be free and deeply connected.
Wildness is often defined by what it is not - unruly, untamed, non-normative, outside the box. There is a long history, in our systems, society and through colonization, of seeking to control the wild.
To tap into your wild is to tend to the edges of authenticity, creativity, possibility. It is to be in touch with your needs, wants, desires, and move towards them; to be full of expressive emotion. Living wildly requires a network and connection to one’s environment through communication and deep relationship.
Welcome, I’m Margo and I’m glad you’re here.
I am a therapist, facilitator, advocate, and activist. I believe in the power of holding duality, in ourselves and our systems, to invite in possibility and expansiveness. I am passionate about supporting individuals and systems to foster connection, belonging, and worthiness.

Living wildly means keeping death close.
To notice what is dying in our life, what has lost its vitality, and grieve. This means walking away from what is no longer alive – a relationship, a habit, a way of talking to ourselves, a mode of being. And to nurture the something different that emerges.
What is longing to be wildly alive in you?
